Now that you have an Animoto account, what can you create?
Step 2 Objective: Given a self-assessment task rubric, participants will design and produce a thirty-second video using themes, images, and text in an arrangement desired by the participant.
To accomplish the tasks required for this unit, you will need to use your prerequisite knowledge of navigating a website and mouse operation to interact with the page elements.

Completing all of the tasks in this step will result in a produced video that can be shared in step three. Watch the video to see the tasks associated with designing and creating your video.
Animoto uses images and text added by you to create an animated video. The first task related to creating your video is part of the design process - choosing your images. To reduce the amount of time needed to upload images during the creation process I recommend you have all of the images you want to use in your video saved in one folder on your computer before you begin.

A note about using images found on the internet
If you plan to use images found on the internet, make sure that you have permission to do so, and you provide attribution to the creator. A best practice is to search for images that have a creative commons license.
